I have two kinds of problems: the urgent and the important. The urgent are not important, and the important are never urgent." Studying for a board exam while working is rough. With my exam 2 months away, effective time management is critical! The Eisenhower’s principle suggests prioritizing tasks into four levels and scheduling them based on their importance and urgency.
🌟IMPORTANT tasks lead you to achieve your personal goals
1. Important & urgent tasks should be dealt with first
2. Important but not urgent tasks are important to achieve your goals, make time to work on these.

💥URGENT activities are immediate & are usually associated with achieving someone else’s goal
3. Not important but urgent tasks are roadblocks that prevent you from accomplishing your own tasks. Know when to say “no” or delegate to others, but leave time open in case people need your help.
4. Not important and not urgent tasks should be avoided, they are simply distractions!

I’m working on identifying what category each task falls under to clarify which tasks I should focus on & which ones I can ignore. Have you seen or tried this method before?
